Fred is passionate about Africa, believing that the missing ingredient on the continent is good leadership. He has founded and led three organizations to catalyze a new generation of ethical, entrepreneurial leaders around the world. The African Leadership University is an innovative, pan African institution with a goal of producing 3 million transformative leaders and entrepreneurs for Africa by 2060. Fred began his professional career as a consultant with McKinsey and Company and has an MBA from Stanford Business School. He was born in Ghana but has lived and worked in 10 different African countries.
