Nyokabi has over 30 years experience in property development, education and farming, with a diversified work history in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Masters degree in Education from Stanford University, USA and a BA Ed from Northwestern University (Deans List).
Over the years Nyokabi has constantly found herself drawn to the needs of the youth in our society, which has led her to be a founder member and director of The Kenyatta Trust – A Trust that is transforming lives through education, mentorship and economic empowerment.
She is the Patron of Gatundu Children’s Home- A home for orphaned and vulnerable children. Nyokabi is a Founder member of Starehe Girl’s Centre – A school that offers quality education to girls from disadvantaged backgrounds.
A dynamic individual with diversified interests and is today a Trustee of Beyond Zero and member of The First Lady’s Marathon Team FLOKE. She participated in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd editions of The First Lady’s Half Marathon in 2014/2015/2016 and the London Marathon in 2014. The Beyond Zero campaign aims to reduce maternal and child mortality.
