Patricia Nzolantima is very involved in women empowerment. She’s the Founder & CEO of the International Working Ladies Group, a femcentric companies and foundation. She is also the Co-founder and Managing Director of EXP-Comunicart, one of Sub-Saharan Africa’s first marketing agencies. She founded the first Women’s Economic Empowerment Center in Kinshasa, an incubator and accelerator for companies held by women.
Early this year, Patricia launched a Transportation Company specialized in corporate taxi with her apps “Ubizcabs” these taxis are driven only by women, and Ubizjet, a private jet company on demand. (www.workingladiescabs.com)
In 2012, she was one of 63 selected young entrepreneurs from 45 countries to join the Young African Leaders Initiative (Mandela fellowship Program) launched by President Barack Obama. Since 2013, Patricia is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance and represents the Democratic Republic of Congo at G20 summit.
In 2013, Patricia was awarded the Woman of the Year by Dutch multinational Vlisco, and in 2016 she became the muse of 170 years Vlisco Campaign (Dutch multinational Vlisco). Since 2016, she is a Choiseul certified 100 Africa Economic Leader of Tomorrow.
In 2016, she made the Global Entrepreneurship Summit opening speech at the Silicon Valley and had the greater privilège to introduce the US Secretary of State , John Kerry.
In 2017, Patricia became a leadership Council member for the Center of African Studies of Harvard University; she’s a YPO member (Young President organization).
In 2018, in partnership with UBA Group, she launched a Visa Prepaid Card “Working Ladies” to finance women entrepreneurs’ projects through her center; and with Castel group she owns now her mineral water “Working Ladies Water”
Patricia holds a Master in Law delivered by Protestant University of Congo (DRC) and a Master in Business English and Marketing Management delivered by Cape Studies Institute (Cape Town/South Africa).
She built a free school and hospital for orphanage (250 orphanages).
Patricia is a author, published ” Caravane des Portraits ” a collector album telling the stories of unknown heroines of DRC – artists, entrepreneurs, inventors, senior executives – who deserve to be highlighted. Her goal is to provide African people with local sources of inspiration world a better and real picture of Africa.
